Shipping
We deliver our goods within the European Union. Shipping is free of charge – regardless of the order value.
DHL is our shipping partner for deliveries within the European Union.
Your orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed at weekends and on public holidays.

Shipping status
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Parcel loss/ non-receipt
If you do not receive your order within the next 10 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us to initiate a parcel investigation.
